To successfully enter 10yOFLOVE giveaway entries must fulfill all requirements, as specified below to be eligible to win a prize.

TreeLife Group will never ask participants or winners to provide credit card information NO PURCHASES/DEPOSITS ARE NECESSARY TO ENTER or WIN. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of TreeLife Group. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses/ accounts/identities and/or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of TreeLife Group.
Eligibility Requirements
10yOFLOVE giveaway is open only to those who meet the conditions of entry and who are 18 years of age as of the date of entry. The 10yOFLOVE giveaway is only open to legal residents of AUSTRALIA. Employees of TREELIFE FILMS & our immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the 10yOFLOVE giveaway. Winners date of event must be in 2025 and also meet TreeLife Groups availability and cannot be transferred to another date and abide with TreeLife Groups Wedding Videography T&C’s which Winner will receive once they have claimed the prize. The 10yOFLOVE giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All applicants participating in the 10yOFLOVE giveaway must be NEW clients to TreeLife Group and CANNOT be existing clients OR hold ACCEPTED quotations/signed contracts and/or credit notes with TreeLife Group. WINNERS Wedding MUST be held within Sydney Metro Area to be eligible for the competition, IF the Winner’s event is located outside the Sydney Metro area will be subject to travel charges as additional charges are not covered by the giveaway. The prize ONLY includes videography services provided by TreeLife Films ANY TRAVEL FEES or COSTS are NOT covered in the giveaway and will be charged at an expense to the winner – this includes travel fee’s outside the Sydney Metropolitan area, any travel outside these areas is charged at $100 p/h per shooter and any travel that exceeds 2hrs outside Sydney Metropolitan area will incur charges for Flights and accommodation and/or car hire fees if required. By participating 10yOFLOVE giveaway via TreeLife Films Instagram 10yOFLOVE giveaway you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by the Rules set by TreeLife Group in these T&C’s, and you MUST represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of TreeLife Group as final and binding as it relates to the content. The 10yOFLOVE giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws
Period of the Giveaway
Entries will be accepted online starting on the 14/02/24 at 5:00PM EST and ending 29th February 2024, all online entries must be received by 29th February 2024 11:59PM EST.
Prize
Winner will receive OUR ULTIMATE CINEMATOGRPAHY PACKAGE valued at $7900 +GST
- 14hr Coverage with 2 videographers
- Edited Cinematic Same Day edit approx. 3/4 min, this edit produced with cinematic filming & editing
- Edited Extended Day Highlight approx. 15min, edit produced with cinematic filming & editing The Same Day Edit, is edited on the day and played at the reception, the client is responsible for coordinating with the reception for the operation and play-out of the edit: this includes an operator, audio and projectors used to play the edit. We require the function centre to be able to play H.264 MPEG4 or MP4 USB device
- Raw Documentary of Ceremony and Reception ONLY
- Fast Tracked Edits straight to you within 4 weeks of your wedding (Condition that music has been selected by the time of your pre wedding consultation)
NO cash or other prize substitution permitted. NO date changes or event postponements will be permitted. The prize is non-transferable to any other individual, date or redeemable in cash and event MUST be booked for 2025 calendar year. The prize ONLY includes videography services provided by TreeLife Films ANY TRAVEL FEES or COSTS are NOT covered in the giveaway and will be charged at an expense to the winner – this includes travel fee’s outside the Sydney Metropolitan area, any travel outside these areas is charged at $100 p/h per shooter and any travel that exceeds 2hrs outside Sydney Metropolitan area will incur charges for Flights and accommodation and/or car hire fees if required. Any of these travel expenses, including without limitation shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission acceptance of all Treelife Groups T&C’s and TreeLife Films to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited try law.
Draw and Announcement of Winner
The Winner will be selected in a random drawing under WASK random selection, and the draw will be filmed and posted up on Instagram on 1/3/24. Winner will be notified via Instagram DM and will have 48hr period to respond, in the likelihood the winner does not respond this will viewed as a disqualification and/or winner acceptance of forfeiture of the Prize* and a re-draw will occur accordingly with all remaining enteries. We will NEVER ask winners to provide credit card information NO PURCHASES/DEPOSITS ARE NECESSARY TO ENTER or WIN . Winner announced on 1/3/24. Giveaway is in no way endorsed or sponsored by Instagram.
